SWWC worked with the City of Marshall and the Marshall EDA to purchase city-owned land to construct a new 16,000 sq ft office building at 100 London Road. Conduit revenue bonds will be used to finance the construction. A groundbreaking event was held in May 2024 and the building is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025. SWWC currently leases space in the Market Street Mall for its main office.
